The final course meeting does not mean that learning has to stop. Just as we did in the middle of the course, we provide an opportunity to consolidate your learning and make it more visible. Using guided reflections and peer practice, you can engage in “meta-cognitive learning,” a fancy term for becoming more aware of what you know, what you don’t, and what you need to brush up on. During this period, you can review, reflect, and practice, which will help you integrate the skills and knowledge covered in this course. To help you in this process, please use the reflections to consider the topics we have covered so far. You may choose to write answers to these prompts or discuss them with your cohort members.
When you have finished the reflective questions, please consider the case studies. The first topic contains a coaching case study and relevant questions for you to consider. The second topic contains commentary from the instructor of this course so that you can compare your answers.
