Welcome to The Coaching Laboratory!
This will be a unique experience. Over the coming months, we will push the edges of coaching by experimenting with specific coaching tools, coaching approaches, and the structure of coaching sessions.
The facilitators will introduce new concepts, demonstrate ideas, and lead discussions. Each session will also include opportunities to practice with one another. We believe that the depth and benefit of this course will emerge from group interaction and so each person’s participation is a crucial aspect of the learning. Please come prepared to coach, be coached, and to participate in discussion with questions and comments.
We are bound together by our love of and interest in coaching. You can expect to experience respect, challenge, confusion, fascination, and inspiration. We look forward to it!
